You can use the built in Mail app on your iPhone / iPad to check your Thought Space Designs provided email account. A lot of our Apple customers choose to hook their email account up to the Mail app on their device, as it helps them easily check their email without having to log in to the web portal. In order to hook your TSD provided email account up to your iOS Mail app, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Scroll down and select "Passwords & Accounts".
  3. Scroll down and select "Add Account".
  4. Select "Other" and then click "Add Mail Account".
  5. Enter your full name (shown to people you email), email address, password, and a memorable description for the account that will display in your Mail app, and then click "Next".
  6. Leave IMAP selected at the top, and proceed down through the settings, ensuring ALL fields are filled out as follows (fields are the same for both incoming and outgoing mail server):
    1. Host Name:
    3. Password: YOUR PASSWORD
  7. Click Next.
  8. On the following page, select the services you would like to use from the list. You'll only have Mail and Notes as options. After selecting, click "Done"

BONUS: Setting up contacts, calendars, and reminders

After setting up mail on your phone, you may also choose to set up calendars, contacts, and reminders as well. If you do this, all of the information you insert to these respective apps on your phone will be synced with the online webmail portal, and you'll end up with a unified address book and calendar accessible from any device. This is a highly recommended way of running your business accounts to assure you don't lose any personal data when you upgrade devices! You can set up these services as follows:

  1. Follow step 1 - 3 above in order to add a new account to your device, but instead of selecting "Mail", you'll select "Add CalDAV Account".
  2. Fill in the following page with this information:
    1. Server:
    3. Password: YOUR PASSWORD
    4. Description: Any memorable label that you'll use to identify your calendar account.
  3. Click "Next", and on the following page select any services you would like to utilize (calendar, reminders, or both) before finishing.
  4. You can repeat these steps 1-3 for "Add CardDAV Account" as well in order to set up your contacts so that they sync with the contacts in your webmail portal.

At this point, your new account should be set up. We recommend that you test sending and receiving an email to and from the account to another email account you have in order to make sure things are working properly. If you chose to set up calendars, contacts, or reminders, ensure that you check to make sure those services are working and syncing with the webmail portal as they should be. If you need any help getting things set up, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket!
