We generally reply to every support request in a timely fashion. Support requests tagged with higher priority will be considered first, however may be reevaluated to lower priority if deemed necessary by a member of the TSD team. You can expect a guaranteed answer within 48 hours, but on weekdays we tend to get back to most new requests within an hour. Also, don't hesitate to call us if you require more prompt service.
